Men’s Ministry
In many churches today, it is a sad fact that the majority of men do not live up to their God-given call to be men of God. Our men’s ministry is focused on helping men see what it means to be a true godly man in a world where it’s easier to forsake God. We have periodic men’s gatherings where we can fellowship together, encourage each other and be challenged in the Word to be true men of God.
Seniors Ministry
The GIBC Seniors Ministry exists to encourage continued spiritual growth and meaningful fellowship among the older adults of our church, particularly retirees and those in later seasons of life. Through monthly breakfasts and occasional fellowship events, we seek to build relationships that strengthen and support one another in Christ. Our focus is on living out our faith faithfully and encouraging one another to remain spiritually active and engaged. We believe these years are a vital season for deepening faith and continuing to serve the Lord with purpose and joy.
Soul Sisters Ladies Ministry
The Ladies Ministry at GIBC exists to help encourage and strengthen women in God’s kingdom. We have periodic Bible studies exclusively for ladies to allow the opportunity to grow together in the Word. Besides our Bible studies, we also have organtized times of fellowship such as our annual tea party or January prayer brunch.
Sunday School Life Groups
Sunday mornings at Golden Isles Baptist Church are a great time of study in the Word of God. We offer Life Groups for ALL AGES from Preschool all the way up to our Senior Adults, beginning at 9:30 a.m.
The goal of our Sunday School Life Groups is to build relationships with fellow believers in a similar stage of life while learning the Word of God together.
Youth Impact Student Ministry
Youth ministry is such a vital part of any church. At GIBC, we have chosen to do youth ministry just a little bit differently. We believe that it is important to not isolate our teens from the rest of the church, but to help them build relationships with those of all ages within the church. Therefore, we strive to have programs and opportunities for our teenagers to feel like they are a part of the church now and that they are valued and loved by both God and the church. Our youth have their own Sunday School Life Group at 9:30 each Sunday along with a monthly Youth Impact meeting where they have opportunites to hang out with peers, have fun, and get involved in various service opportunities.
